Are we a data processor?
We must process your personal data in order to provide our services. Our primary service is to ship your clubs across Europe and provide associated equipment through our e-commerce shop. Under UK law, we do so as a Data Controller. We have the necessary Data Protection Agreements with our third-party Data Processors (who process our payments) and these are available on request.
What information do we collect?
Whilst you are visiting the site, registering, making a booking or completing shop transaction with us, signing up to our mailing list or contacting one of our support services– we may collect, use and store your personal data. We may do this in a number of ways including; direct interactions – where you provide personal data by filling out an online form or corresponding with us, automatic interactions – where we collect technical data regarding your use of the site and through third-party sources such as Google Analytics.
